Cabin Tents

The cabin structures in the Muppet, Zoolu and Jetson units were not built until the late 60’s.  Before this, canvas tents were used as shelters all over camp.  Here are some of them:

Early Buses

In the 1950’s through the 1970’s many different kinds of buses were used.

The photo below from 1960 shows Chartered TTC buses: In the 1960’s the camp relied on  independent drivers which meant that all sorts of vehicles (including station wagons) were used.  Some examples below.
