The Tennis Camp program started in 1975. Here is the first ad for new Tennis Camp program. April 19, 1975:
Campers would come to camp as usual. Half the tennis campers would go to Wingfield in the morning and return for lunch. They would then spend the afternoon in regular camp programs while the other half of the campers would go the play tennis.
